Our Do-It-Right Guarantee makes it quick and easy:

  1. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

    • If your order contains items that are materially different from your final design or are printed or embroidered on incorrect products, we will reproduce those incorrect pieces for you or issue a full or partial refund according to your request.
    • Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that are printed or embroidered incorrectly. Personalized items that match your final design are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
  2. Time Limit for Returns and Exchanges:

    • All return and exchange requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
  3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

    • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email at support@winerpro.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will provide you with further instructions.
  4. Fees and Shipping Costs:

    • If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective items), we will cover all associated shipping costs.
    • For returns or exchanges not due to our error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • Refunds will be issued within 1-2 days after we receive your returned item(s).
  5. Return Shipping Address:

    • Our return shipping address will be provided to you via email once your return or exchange request is approved. Please do not send any items back without receiving the return shipping address.
  6. Refund Processing Time:

    • Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days after we receive your returned item(s).
    • You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.
  7. Cancellations:

    • If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email with your order number and the reason for the cancellation.
    • A $20 customization fee per item is included in your purchase. If the order has not been put into production, we will retrieve it back without any fees.
    • Once production has started, cancellations are subject to a $20 restocking fee per item.

  • Our custom jerseys are independently produced and designed, and they are not affiliated with any professional sports brand, league, or manufacturer.
  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for blank products that have been processed or modified for secondary sale. This policy applies to all items altered from their original condition.
